i shot it in my upstairs room and no cops came. just make sure you get a good deal on the lil er, i payed $199 canadian cause the er who sold it was the only guy around licensed to sell this kind of …. They go online for about $70- $85 U.S. or about $100-$120 canadian,… ( if you don’t get ripped the off like i did end up paying $280 canadian for the gun, 25 of the 12 gram co2 powerlets and 2 of the 600 count copperhead BB’s from crosman…$280 is double normal price.)

True. But like i said I’m used to real guns. Just to note. I dont destroy stuff, i go Small Bore and Full Bore Target Shooting. I enjoy shooting Co2’s and BB’s. But im more focused in Target Shooting. Dont get me wrong. Co2’s are fun and like you said. “cheap, and safe.”

I got myself a 6mm BB. It is surprisingly accurate and the noise level isn’t really that high. I can shoot it in the basement without having my wife or neighbors complaining.
Operating costs are negligible. Sure, Co2 guns do not compare to real guns, but imo they’re a good alternative to driving all the way to the range and paying big money on ammo.
I guess if you get off on destroying stuff, Co2 is not for you. But if you enjoy precision training, i guess it’s ok, and cheap, and safe.

Depends what you’re used to shooting?
I Shoot blanks and real rifles/pistols more than BB’s or Co2

So to me a Co2 or Gas BB isn’t loud (obv.)

Yeah, it’s pretty loud with a full CO2 capsule in (if your fireing it in a basement i guess your shooting targets so you would want a full capsule in to get a flatter trajectory). You probably wouldn’t hear it (if at all) from outside if you shot it in a basement.

    9. gabbagabba77 Says:

      how loud is this …
how loud is this gun? can you shoot it in the basement without annoying your neighbors?
