I was wondering can i make a bb/air soft gun from a cap gun and if so/ or not can you explain how?

   no you can’t. unless you have machine tools and experience using them. a cap gun doesn’t really have a chamber, which you need in order to build up the pressure to shoot a bb

   If you are not a licensed armorer, and not licensed to posses a pistol in your state of Australia, when you get caught, you would be potentially be facing a jail sentence.
