How old do you have to be to purchase pellet gun/air-rifle bullets ?

depends on your location.
in the state of Oklahoma I believe the age limit is 14, but that is intermittently enforced.If you are say 6 years old no one will sell you one. but if you a mid teen on up-no problem.
the two most common type of ammunition for air rifles(also known as bb guns) have no restrictions.to buy the rifle itself in most areas should not be too much trouble.

You're to young to even buy a airgun, so why do you
want to know how old you have to be to buy the ammunition?

It not so much state laws, as it is for the store's policy. Some states may regulate it it, but it more depends on the store you buy it froms age limit.
