How do you load Ultrasonic BBs to an Air Soft gun?

I have a new Air Soft gun, and I am having some trouble with it. When I load the BBs into the magazine and put the magizine into the cartridge, it still does not shoot. Can anyone help?

    I am definite it is your gun because Ultrasonic bb’s are just any ordinary .12 bb’s. I would go and have that gun checked out and you also might have a cheap gun but if u don’t then your gun is just broken sorry.
