Can you help me prove to my dad that it is safe to have airsoft wars?

My dad thinks airsoft guns will really hurt when i shoot someone. He also won’t allow me to have wars. Help me prove that i can have wars and that it’s safe.
Airsoft guns are were deigned to shoot people with for reenactments, recreation, and training. It may hurt, but almost every activity and cause injury. As long as everyone is wearing proper eye protection, nothing can go wrong, aside from a chipped tooth (full mask, balaclava, keeping their mouths shut, etc.). Just show him this?

Tell him paintball wars are the ones that hurt not airsoft guns. Airsofts dont hurt they feel like getting a soft flick on the arm.
