how doi convince my parents to let me have airsoft gun wars?

My mom doesn’t really care much about me having airsoft wars. But my dad thinks it will hurt and he thinks it will hurt someone and stuff like that. Please help me covince my strict dad, Thanks.
So long as you live at home, you have to do what your parents say.
When you graduate school, get your own job, get your own apartment and car, and pay your own bills, then you can do what you want.
of course, with all those bills you;re probably nor going to be able to afford AirSoft.

Just tell him, "Dad, do you really want to let me grow up without having a gun war? What kind of father will you call yourself then? Honestly, dad, this is the 21st century. Anyone whose children have never waged gun wars is automatic fail."
