Do they make an air pistol in .22 caliber? Because all I can find is .177.

Yes, there are .22 caliber air pistols

The most powerful .22 caliber pistol I know of is the Evanix Hunting Master AR6, which is a very powerful PCP(1,000fps) - The AR6 also has a 6 round capacity -

The Benjamin EB22 is a fairly powerful CO2(500fps)

The Benjamin HB22 is a multi-pump pneumatic(460fps)

The Crosman 2240 is a CO2(460fps)

The Webley Typhoon is a relatively low powered spring piston pistol(330fps)

The Beeman/Weihrauch P1 .177 is my fav air pistol, and while they don’t have a .22 it does come in .20 caliber.

I'm from the caribbean is it illegal to fly with the above items in any Washington airport (obviously not in my carry on) back to my destination in the caribbean?

As long as it's in a locked hard case and checked in with your other luggage your fine.
